A safety incident report documents a worker injury, near-miss, or liability event that has already occurred on your jobsite. Unlike a safety observation, which captures potential hazards or positive practices before an incident happens, an incident report is a reactive record used for investigation and compliance. Odin compiles incident details, worker profiles, weather data, access history, and manpower statistics into a single report.

Start a new report

Navigate to Logs, select +Add, then select Site Safety. Enter the incident date, time, and jobsite location.

Add workers to the report

Click Edit, select Add Worker to Report, then search for and select the relevant workers along with their roles in the incident.

Generate the report

Select Generate Report to compile the incident summary. The report includes incident details, worker profiles, jobsite information, local weather data, worker access history, and jobsite manpower statistics.
