An inspection log records the results of a site inspection, including findings, the inspector, and any supporting documentation. These logs help teams maintain a traceable record of inspections for compliance and accountability.

Start a new inspection log

Navigate to Logs, select +Add, then select Inspection Log. Choose the Date, Jobsite, and Inspector, then click Continue.

Complete the log

Populate the Summary and Attachment fields with inspection findings and any supporting photos or documents.

Save

Select Save Changes to submit the log.
