Update a worker's personal information

You can view and edit a worker’s personal information from the Overview tab on their profile.

The Edit button opens a form where you can update the following fields:

Information	Description
Phone number	The worker’s phone number.
Email address	The worker’s email address.
Date of birth	The worker’s date of birth.
Last 4 digits of SSN	The last 4 digits of the worker’s social security number.
Race	The worker’s race.
Gender	The worker’s gender.
Emergency contact	The name, relationship, and phone number of the worker’s emergency contact.
Address	The worker’s street address, city, and state.
Address zip code	The worker’s zip code.
Veteran status	Whether the worker is a veteran or not.
Citizenship status	Whether the worker is a citizen or not.
Work authorization status	Whether the worker is authorized to work in the US or not.
