Roles control what a user can see and do in the Odin web and mobile apps. You can assign roles scoped to a jobsite or a contractor organization. See built-in roles for a full list of available roles and their permissions.
  1. From the user’s profile, select User Roles in the banner navigation.
  2. Click Add User Role.
  3. Choose the role from the dropdown and select the jobsite(s) or contractor.
  4. Click Add User Role to confirm.
If a user needs the same role across multiple jobsites, you can select all applicable jobsites in a single assignment rather than repeating the process for each one.
