# Submit an inspection log

> Document and track inspections performed at your jobsite

An inspection log records the results of a site inspection, including findings, the inspector, and any supporting documentation. These logs help teams maintain a traceable record of inspections for compliance and accountability.

  <Step title="Start a new inspection log">
    Navigate to **Logs**, select **+Add**, then select **Inspection Log**. Choose the **Date**, **Jobsite**, and **Inspector**, then click **Continue**.

  <Step title="Complete the log">
    Populate the **Summary** and **Attachment** fields with inspection findings and any supporting photos or documents.
